Erin Moore, therapist at Grá & Solas Therapy

Working with Erin

I'm Erin Moore, a therapist dedicated to person-centered care. That means I follow your lead. Sessions are a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your experiences are heard without agenda — and where you set the pace and direction of your own healing.

The name Grá & Solas — love and light in Irish — reflects what I hope every person carries with them when they leave a session: a little more compassion for themselves, and a little more clarity about what comes next.

Approach

How we work together

Person-Centered

You are at the centre of every session. I trust your capacity for self-understanding and growth, and I walk alongside you — never directing, always supporting.

Non-Judgmental

Whatever brings you to therapy, you will be met with unconditional positive regard. There is no topic too small, too complex, or too difficult to explore here.

Collaborative

Therapy is not something done to you. We build the relationship together — and that relationship itself becomes a foundation for change.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." — Carl Rogers

FAQ

Common questions

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. There's no pressure to share anything you're not ready for. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

There's no fixed timeline — therapy is as long or as short as you need it to be. Some people find a few sessions helpful; others prefer to work together over a longer period. We'll review how things are going together and you can always take a break or stop when you feel ready.

Yes. Everything shared in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are situations where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others — and even then, I would always aim to discuss this with you first wherever possible.

Sessions take place via a secure video platform. All you need is a private space, a device with a camera, and a decent internet connection. I'll send you a link ahead of your appointment — it's straightforward to join, and I can walk you through it if needed.

Sessions are €50 each. Payment details will be shared when you book. I ask that payment is made ahead of or on the day of each session.

Life happens — I just ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a session. You can manage your bookings directly through Calendly, or reach out to me by email.
